Helping Federal Employees Plan for Retirement

NAFEB has been providing information seminars to federal employees for years. Using its wealth of expertise, NAFEB offers a seminar to those employees nearing retirement. Through the seminar, employees can become familiar with the various changes which will occur in retirement. Since this is a seminar for those still in federal employment employee will be introduced to any changes needing to be made prior to retirement. Additionally, employees will still have a chance to fix any problems before it’s too late.

Topics include employee the Civil Service Retirement System (CSRS), the Federal Employees Retirement System (FERS), the Federal Employees’ Group Life Insurance (FEGLI) Program, the Thrift Savings Plan (TSP), and Social Security.

    The National Association For Employee Benefits (NAFEB) is an association for Federal and Postal Service employees and their families. Our goal is to educate and advise employees and their families about Federal Employees Group Life Insurance (FEGLI), pension (CSRS), and (FERS), and the Thrift Savings Plan (TSP). We accomplish this by providing workplace seminars, individual counseling, coaching services, benefit assessments, referrals, educational tools and training programs.
